Soo Bahk Do is a Korean Martial Art, which is ideal for the whole family. With links to Tang So Do and Taekwondo.

Most styles of Karate are competitive and involve a lot of impact. Our art is just as effective, however, it is designed to teach self-defence in a less competitive manner.

Soo Bahk Do translates as (hand strike way). It is a defensive style of Korean martial arts, ideal for those wanting to learn how to defend themselves, keep fit, build confidence, reduce stress and to making lasting friendships.

Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan is a world wide organisation, which provides students with opportunities to make new friends from around the world. We are part of the UK Soo Bahk Do federation, find out more on our official website - uksoobahkdo.com
